Very disappointing. We anticipated an informative boat ride in English. Instead, the entire tour featured music from a hard rock radio station, including commercials and news. On a boat tour, one expects either tranquility or informative commentary. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the ride at all! It was outrageous!

traveler – United States

The tour was excessively long and somewhat disorganized.

traveler – Switzerland

I believe our guide, Montserrat, did a commendable job, but it was challenging for her due to additional people joining our group, making it too large. We paid for a small group with a maximum of 12 participants, but we ended up with 17 or 18 people. The experience became a bit frustrating for the rest of our group, especially with a subgroup of 9 people wanting to pursue their own agenda.

Not as enjoyable as I had hoped; a bit boring.
